- To qualify for a refund, the participant must have attended at least one session.
- Refund requests submitted after the initial 24-hour period from the time of payment will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- Refunds will not be granted if more than 24 hours have passed since payment, regardless of whether sessions were attended.
- Failure to attend scheduled sessions without prior notice will not be eligible for refunds.
- Refund requests made for partially attended programs after the 24-hour window will also be declined.
3. Processing Time
For eligible refund requests, approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 working days to the original payment method. Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
4. How to Request a Refund

5. Special Circumstances
